Ghale is one of the senior journalists among the Indigenous Journalists in Nepal. Currently, he is involved with Kantipur National Daily newspaper. He is also the central member of Federation of Nepalese Indigenous Journalists (FNJ), and former chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Indigenous Journalists (FoNIJ).
